Anson brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the residential renovation industry, as well as extensive experience in project and business management. He saw firsthand, the challenges homeowners face in finding reliable contractors and keeping their projects organized. Years of watching this problem go unsolved inspired him to help create a platform that can enable a new and better way for everyone to renovate and repair their homes.
Michael Buchel
Co-Founder & COO
Michael brings proven leadership and operational expertise to The Middleman. With experience managing teams of more than 50 people, he has built a reputation for driving efficiency, clarity, and results. Backed by a business degree from the University of Alberta, Michael combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to keep teams aligned and the day to day operations running smoothly. His focus is ensuring The Middleman delivers a seamless experience for homeowners while building a strong foundation for growth at scale.
